Clause 15

The Ajmer District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission or the Rajasthan State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (depending on the pecuniary value of the claim) shall have sole and exclusive jurisdiction over any claims arising out of, or related to, this Policy which fall within their pecuniary jurisdiction and which you and/or any person claiming through or under you may be entitled to bring under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 despite the presence of the arbitration provisions in clause 14.1. You expressly waive any objections to the jurisdiction of the Ajmer District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission and/or the Rajasthan State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission based on any inconvenience or difficulty that you may face in submitting to their jurisdiction and/or on the grounds of forum non conveniens.
